After graduating from California Lutheran University in 1993 Tim traveled to Bangkok Thailand to teach English and volunteer. Tim continued his education and service by moving to Beirut Lebanon in 1995. While teaching at a juvenile detention center he completed his MA in International Relations.

Upon returning to the US Tim focused his career on education. He worked for the US Army intel center training on cross cultural communication and negotiations. He studied at the University of Arizona and received he MA certificate in Instructional Design. During this time he created nationally recognized content winning a W3, 2 TELLY’s and multiple commander’s awards for civilian service.

Tim currently lives in Montana where he still casually teaches on conflict resolution. For the last seven years his primary work has been for multiple tech companies in the area of talent management. He looks forward to being part of the Vanguard vision.
