Project Manager
Vanguard Project Managers provide oversight of land acquisition agents who conduct land acquisitions, negotiations, and property research.
Junior and Senior Land Agents
The primary role of a Vanguard Land Agent is to build relationships with project landowners and stakeholders, properly inform them of the project, and explain the benefits of participating.
Senior Title Specialist
The primary role of a Vanguard Senior Title Specialist is to research and assemble title reports for surface and mineral ownership and encumbrances.
