Mission

To thoroughly and efficiently research applicable ownership to confirm chain of title and identify any constraining encumbrances.

Outcomes

• Researches (remotely and in-person) and prepares title reports for the purposes of obtaining leases or easements for client projects.
• Researches (remotely and in-person) and prepares mineral ownership reports for the purposes of obtaining leases or easements for client projects.
• Travels overnight and/or for extended stays to properly research surface/mineral ownership.
• Identifies items needing cured for successful completion of client projects.
• Communicates with necessary entities and individuals to cure defects/constraints.
• Updates tracking database daily with detailed and accurate information.
• Identifies potential problems and solutions, then promptly communicates those problems and solutions to Vanguard and the client.
• Communicates with Vanguard and the client clearly and regularly.
• Timely submits accurate, detailed, and truthful time/expense entries through Vanguard's chosen software solution.
