Alex LaGarce joined the Vanguard Team in January 2023 as a Land Coordinator. She brings with her, 8 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has successfully managed many scattered-site portfolios in the St. Louis area, as well as a few commercial properties. She was able to hone her skills while gaining a wealth of knowledge along the way. Alex obtained her Missouri Real Estate Salesperson license in January 2020 and then worked for a Real Estate tech startup, holding various positions during her time there, she was most recently a Sales Operations Manager where she developed an entire department from the ground up.

She has a heightened attention to detail, top-notch communication skills and is a natural born leader. All of which have aided in her receiving many awards over the years. She enjoys challenging herself professionally and is always looking to learn something new.

Alex is excited to bring her skills and experience to Vanguard Real Estate Solutions and make a positive impact on the Title Team!

In her spare time, she enjoys taking yoga, tending to her many house plants, going to concerts and spending time with her friends and family.
