Beth began her journey into the Energy Industry in 2008 in the Appalachian Basin Oil and Gas sector working throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia and New York as an Independent Abstractor for various Brokerages and Operators. Specializing in the Marcellus and Utica shale plays, Beth has gained extensive experience in all aspects of Abstract and Lease Title Mineral Ownership research, including Certified Abstract of Title, HBP by Horizons, Drill Site Title, Due Diligence, Acquisitions and Divestitures, Lease Modifications, Heirship and Supplemental DTO Abstracts, while managing projects and training others along the way.

Beth transitioned into Renewable Energy in early 2022 when she joined Vanguard Real Estate Solutions LLC as an Independent Land Agent, expanding her skillset to include Solar and Wind through various projects throughout the Mid West and Southern United States, and is excited to continue growing with Vanguard Real Estate Solutions in her new capacity as a full-time employee in 2023 and beyond.
