Bryan Francque, a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) and active AAPL member, joined Vanguard as a Land Manager in 2025. His diverse background includes vast experience in the renewable energy, oil and gas and title insurance industries.
After graduating from Western Illinois University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Bryan began his career in the title insurance/settlement services industry in Chicago. He quickly advanced into management, overseeing employees and acting as a liaison with real estate attorneys, managing the preparation of title commitments, policies, and related requirements. Relocating to Colorado in 1996, he continued in the title insurance field and in 2002 became the Owner/Operator of Mesa Title Corporation. There, he and his company provided a range of title and settlement services to realtors, builders, mortgage lenders, and homeowners across several Colorado front range counties.
In 2008, Bryan transitioned to the oil and gas/land services sector, gaining extensive knowledge in fee, federal, and state surface and mineral title, curative, due diligence, leasing, and divestiture. His management experience includes roles as Land Manager, Project Manager, Crew Chief, and Title/ Leasing/Abstracting Supervisor.
At Vanguard, Bryan leverages his industry knowledge and leadership experience to collaborate with valued clients, Project Managers, and Land Agents on renewable energy, oil and gas, right-of-way, and transmission line projects.
He lives in Colorado with his wife, Cathy, and their two sons, Samuel and Cole. In his leisure time, he enjoys fly fishing, hunting, snowboarding, and playing hockey.
