Charlie has been working in the title business for 19 years. Working mostly as a Mineral Title Agent across multiple states, from the Marcellus and Utica Shales across to the Rocky Mountain Region, as far South as Texas and Louisiana, performing Cursory, Full Leasehold, ROW, Due Diligence and Curative Title. Charlie worked his way from a basic Title Agent, into a Team Lead/Crew Chief and eventually a Mineral Department Manager. Charlie is also a USMC veteran who achieved the rank of Sergeant (Sgt.) during his 8 years of service.
