Dave began his land career in Information Technology and transitioned into the Upstream & Midstream Sectors of the Oil & Gas Industry as an Independent Landman in 2006. In 2010 he was promoted to Crew Chief, covering primarily the Permian Basin Region of New Mexico and Texas for an Oil & Gas Title Broker. He successfully managed multiple projects across all Texas Basins as well as Colorado and Wyoming, overseeing title, leasing, regulatory, due diligence, and curative work.

Since joining Vanguard, Dave has served as Project Manager, overseeing title & acquisition agents with client relations for Wind, Solar and Pipeline projects. He was promoted to Director of Land Management in July 2021.

Dave is a Registered Professional Landman (RPL), and active member of the AAPL and of the IRWA (International Right-of-Way Association). He currently resides in South Central Nebraska with wife Keri and daughters Kristin and Danielle. In his spare time he enjoys outdoor sports, spending time at home, and traveling with his family.
