Jacob began his land career in 2006, as he became an Independent Landman for multiple Oil & Gas Companies. As a traveling landman, Jacob spent 15 years traveling all over Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico running title, securing Oil Leases, and managing drill site curative for companies such as Exxon, Chevron, Apache, and Anadarko.

Since joining Vanguard Real Estate Solutions, LLC, Jacob has parlayed his Oil & Gas experience into multiple renewable projects, including Wind, Solar, Pipeline, Telecommunication & Transportation. Although he was an independent contractor for Vanguard for over a year, he joined the Vanguard team as an employee at the beginning of 2022 as a Project Manager.

Jacob currently resides in Dallas, TX He enjoys business, traveling, sports, playing music, and reading.
