LeeAnn Lasswell joined the Vanguard Team in October 2022. Her experience as a diversified administrative support professional in multiple career fields spans over 25 years. She built a solid foundation of strong client relationship in the financial, manufacturing and real estate industries. LeeAnn began her career in customer service and established early on the importance of communication and developing solutions within a business environment. Her passion for processes, detail and teaching, established her as a natural trainer in all her roles. Prior to transitioning to the Land career, she spent eight years as a broker assistant. There she supported a team of commodities brokers as well as a client base of midwestern farmers. In April 2022, the opportunity to join the Vanguard Team as a contractor arose on a wind and solar project. LeeAnn accepted and soon proved by example that hard work and a team spirit is the Vanguard way. She currently resides in Central Illinois with her beloved husband and their doberman. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, creative writing and spending time with family and friends.
