Nate Hadley joined the Vanguard Real Estate Team in 2022. He is an Arkansas Native and brings over 10 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Prior to joining Vanguard, Nate spent many of those years as a traveling landman working pipeline projects across 10 states throughout the Midwest.

As a Senior Land Agent, Nate has repeatedly shown great versatility in maintaining relationships with clients in addition to effectively communicating with the general public.

Nate received his degrees in Business Finance and Investing, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arkansas. He has an active Real Estate license as well as an Arkansas Title license. Currently, he resides in Fayetteville, AR.
