Richard has been serving the Energy Industry for over 17 years. Working as both a Title & ROW Agent in multiple states across the Appalachia’s and the Mid-West. Assisting in the acquisition of Land Rights, Electrical Distribution, Fiber Optics, and Transmissions lines. And performing Curative, Mineral, and Drill site titles throughout his career.

Joining Vanguard Real Estate Solutions LLC as an Independent Agent in early 2021, moving to a full-time position in January of 2022 and becoming a Project Coordinator as of June of 2022 and looking forward to many more successful years growing with Vanguard and the exciting environment they have created in the industry.
