Terry joined the Vanguard Team in July 2023. He was born and raised in SE Washington state. After high school, he had a very brief time in the military when an injury led to his early discharge. Terry went on to receive BS and MS degrees from Utah State University in Exercise Physiology/Cardiac Rehabilitation. This resulted in over 20 years working in Cardiac Rehab helping cardiac patients regain their strength and return to desired activities.

Terry learned of and became interested in Right-of-Way through a friend. He attended UHD and received a Professional Certification for Right-of-Way and made a career change. He started in the oil industry in North Dakota and in 2021 got into renewables in Utah, Iowa, and Illinois.

Terry and his wife reside in northern Utah and have 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Family and friends are very important, and he loves spending time with them. Terry enjoys powerlifting, bowling, golf, and watching most sports.
