Vanguard is an approved acquisition consultant for the Nebraska Department of Transportation and the Kansas Department of Transportation. Two of our Right-of-Way Consultants, Bob Frickel and Randy Peters, have combined experience of nearly 80 years working for the Nebraska Department of Transportation. Vanguard’s General Counsel provides additional guidance to our acquisition consultants regarding compliance with state statutes, regulations, and procedures. As a result of this institutional knowledge, Vanguard’s acquisition consultants are prepared to competently address landowners’ questions and concerns in the nuanced area of eminent domain law.
