Julie Bailey began her professional career with her father who owned Home Safety Systems, Inc in Kearney, Nebraska. She managed a remote team of 25 people across the country for over 22 years. As the office and shipping manager, she worked with clients in 32 states. Organization and communication were vital to their success earning recognition for their company year after year. Julie joined the Vanguard Family in February 2021. She is currently the office manager and operates as a landman and title agent for Vanguard working on projects across the country.

Julie and her husband live in Gibbon, Nebraska where they manage a farm and cow/calf operation. She enjoys traveling and seeing new places.
